Martin Lüdemann is a Founding Partner of Dr. Sourisseaux, Lüdemann und Partner, Beratende Wirtschaftspsychologen in Darmstadt. Responsible for the Organisational Development sector, Coaching and Training.
The main part of his business is comprised of team, group and individual coaching, large group interventions and facilitation of workshops. Additionally he has implemented training measures for specific target groups in the field of negotiations, conflict and communication, leadership and customer orientation.
Before founding the partnership, he worked for several years as a consultant with Lufthansa Consulting in Cologne. This was followed by freelance work as a consultant for Braas Dachsysteme and Infotec Bauconsult. Extensive training in various intervention techniques, for example, group dynamics, systemic consulting, large group facilitation and supervision.
Studied Occupational, Business and Organisational Psychology and Marketing at the Technical University of Darmstadt. He is a member of the Bund Deutscher Psychologen (BDP), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Supervision (DGSV), MOSAICO, the European Multidisciplinary Association for Learning and the European Institute for Public Participation (EIPP)

Martin Lüdemann ist Gründungsmitglied der Dr. Sourisseaux, Lüdemann und Partner, Beratende Wirtschaftspsychologen in Darmstadt. Er ist verantwortlich für Organisationsentwicklung, Coaching und Training:
Die Hauptfelder der eignen Tätigkeit sind Team-, Gruppen- und Einzelcoachings, Großgruppeninterventionen und Moderation von Workshops. Dazu kommen Trainingsmaßnahmen für spezielle Gruppen in den Themenfeldern Verhandlung, Konflikt und Kommunikation, Führung und Kundenorientierung.

Vor der Gründung der Partnerschaft mehrere Jahre Berater bei Lufthansa Consulting in Köln und danach freiberufliche Tätigkeit als Berater für Braas Dachsysteme und Infotec Bauconsult. Umfangreiche Weiterbildungen in unterschiedlichen Interventionstechniken, wie z.B. Gruppendynamik, Systemische Beratung, Großgruppenmethodik und Supervision (DGSV anerkannt). Studium der Arbeits-, Betriebs- und Organisationspsychologie und Marketing an der TH Darmstadt.

Martin ist Mitglied im Bund Deutscher Psychologen (BDP), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Supervision (DGSV) und MOSAICO, the European Multidisciplinary Association for Learning.
