Trevor Boutall (UK), partner at EIPP, provides practical expertise in management standard setting. He is founder and principal consultant at the Management Standards Consultancy in London. He also works in Italy with the School of Coaching, ISTUD and SCOA Business Schools and EXEO Consulting.
Simon Dalferth (D), partner at EIPP, holds a PhD in political science from Jacobs University Bremen and is evaluation programme manager at the EIPP and contact person for EU-related matters.

David Mathews (F), partner at EIPP, has developed a range of techniques for consultation with and engagement of stakeholders. He works in the UK and France.
Patrizia Nanz (D), partner at EIPP, is professor of political theory and European governance at the University of Bremen.
